We have a 14-day return policy for eligible stocked items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

One-of-One and Custom Pieces

Many Punk And Saint pieces are unique one-of-one creations or custom-made designs. Because these items are produced in limited quantities and often involve extensive customization, customers are encouraged to carefully review all photos, measurements, and product details before purchasing.

Custom-made and personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

For one-of-one pieces, return eligibility may vary depending on the destination country and applicable consumer protection laws.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In the same condition that you received it

• With original tags attached

• In the original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized items

• Gift cards

• Perishable goods

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the eligible product you have and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
