We have a 14-day return policy for stocked items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your eligible item to request a return.
One-of-a-Kind and Custom Designs
Because many of our pieces are uniquely crafted, one-of-a-kind designs, we cannot accept returns on these items once sold. Each item is marked as "claimed" upon purchase and cannot be resold or restocked due to its custom nature. Please ensure that the size, design, and details are to your preference before purchasing these exclusive pieces.
Eligibility for Returns on Stock Items
To be eligible for a return on stocked items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at mainsaintofficial@gmail.com. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package if your return is accepted. Note that returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom designs, personalized items, sale items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have any questions about your item’s eligibility.
Exchanges
For exchanges on stocked items, the quickest way to get what you need is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For items shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in the original condition, unworn, with tags, and in its packaging. Please have your proof of purchase ready.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your eligible return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.
